Windows doesn't recognize my phone

When I connect my phone to any laptop it says " Windows doesnt recognize the usb device"
I have tried updating the drivers but nothing happened.
also, it's happening with all the laptops I connect my phone to.
Can I please get a solution asap?

Hello.

This usually means your Micro-USB connection is not working. First of all:
Have you tried another cable to connect with? Even if it charges the phone, this does not mean it is not broken for connectivity. Try another cable and check if it connects.

If no cable works, then most probably the connector on your phone is broken. (micro-usb?) This is usually replaceable by a reputed repair shop.
