Whenever i touch my case, i get an electrical shock. This is specially pronounced on the edges and the screws of the fans. Any earth problems here?

Update: Well, I thoroughly went over the case. Shocks are NOT present while touching the exterior, only around the power supply region in the case. So is this a faulty PSU, shitty case or grounding problem?

Solution
Static build up would be random and instantly discharged. If this is all the time and continuous if you hold a finger on the case it sounds very much like a ground problem but the source of the problem is most likely either with the PSU or the house wiring itself.

Your case is grounded through your PSU, and exposed metal (eg screws) will offer the least resistant path to ground on your case. If you've built up an static charge on your body and touch a grounded object, an electric shock is expected. I don't think it necessarily indicates any problem.

A couple of my drives were fried. Is it a grounding problem or a PSU problem?
