Get the cheapest one. Theres not much difference, however i would say the Asus is better. Also, if your on a budget, dont bother with the 8GB card, get the 4GB.

By all accounts, XFX GTR 8gb runs much cooler, even when its pressed hard. Means decent OC potential.
8gb is important if:
You are running an base to average processor.. it really does help.
You are running heavily detailed games requiring lots of mapping. (Which can be store more in that memory.. no need to waste time dumping it and loading so often.. )
Open world/sandbox games will love it.
