Is there a solution, when i open csgo then my display starts flickering on and off and it doesnt show the game, if i reset oc back to normal everything works okay. this problem is with other games too. EDIT: i ocd the gpu a little bit from afterburner and games worked, only icouldnt switch to desktop for some reason...

All of the cards on same platform are not created equal, all depends on particular manufacturer's cooling solution and BIOS restrictions. Did you ever notice how some have OC or Ti at the end of their designations ? Those have higher tolerance to OC. Base models, so called "Reference models" can react badly to OC.
As I noticed long time ago, small OC doesn't help but too much makes problems.
