good evening guys, im using my computer for 7 months now and havent clean yet.

i just want to ask if what do you use to clean your cpu, a can of compressed air, vacuum or? and how long should i replace or re apply thermal paste to my cpu, sorry for my bad english thank you

Solution
if your getting an increase in temps over a period of months rather than years then i would recommend you change the brand of thermal paste your using.
1s applied good quality paste should be good for 3-5 years (at least, even with overclocking).
after that you might see signs of the paste going gritty. but a drop of isopropyl alchohol will remove it just the same. no it wont destroy the cpu or do any harm. you have more chance of damaging the cpu if you keep removing it to add fresh paste... so do it 1s and leave it be.. seriously mate if your changing paste evey 6 months your doing it for fun rarther than performance gains.

just keep your filters clean (i just use a vacuume on em) and clean out the fine surface dust with...

hello and good evening. If you dont have problems with high temperatures you dont have to repaste your cpu, just use comprased air to the cpu cooler to clean it from the dust. However if you would like to repaste the cpu with thermal paste, remove the cooler clean it from the dust, clean the cpu from the old paste, apply the new one( you have to use just a little bit). put back the cooler and you can power on your pc, you dont have to w8.
