I think I completed my rig but I would a final opinion on it :
Partslist :
- CPU : I7-6700K
- CPU Cooler : be quiet ! Pure rock
- MOBO : ASUS-Z170A
- RAM : 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000
- GPU : RX 480 4 GB
- Storage : 1 TB HDD + 120/240 GB SSD
- PSU : Seasonic M12II series 620W
- Case : Fractal Design S - Window

If you got any recommendations please let me know.
This PC will be used for gaming and basic streaming and I chose this CPU because it's more future proof than the i5-6600K but if there are any improvements please tell me them :D

Looks like a great build, I have a few minor changes however.

I would change your CPU cooler to a Cryorig H7 and your graphics card if you can to a GTX 1060 6GB. What resolution do you play at? If you do 1440p or 1080p 144hz I would suggest dropping your CPU to a i7-6700 (non K), your mobo to a B150 or H170 chipset, and bump your graphics card up to a GTX 1070. You still get 4 cores, 8 threads and a better graphics card.

I chose for this cpu cooler because the Cryorig H7 isn't available in my country so that why I chose for the be quiet! one , I'm gaming on 1 1080p monitor but I want to get an extra one for streaming purposes and browsing.
The CPU drop + diff mobo could be an option but in my country the 1070 costs around 470 euro the 1060 seems a good option I will take that in mind or maybe I will choose for the ASUS RX 480 8 GB but if I'm going for the build I was planning to go the build already costs around 1170 euros and with the suggestion you gave me the build would cost around 1300 euros and I'm already 100 bucks over my budget and this as my first self builded game pc this budget is the maximum for me but thanks anyways for your tips ! :)

Oh, ok.

A GTX 1060 / i7 combo with that cooler (i actually used it myself, it works pretty well) would be good. Good luck ;D

Im using the GTX 1060 ROG STRIX but I don't recommend it because I just paid for RGB LEDs :p get a EVGA SC GAMING 1060 or a dual-fan of your choice. Doensn't really matter, pick what you want.
