Upgrade to new i5 series(i5-6500, mobo,ddr4 ram etc.) or for the same price a GTX 1060?

My setup:
Mobo N68-VS3 FX
CPU AMD fx-6100
GPU GTX 680 4gb oc
Ram Corsair 2x4gb ddr3
Psu noname 500w
Display 1080p 60Hz

My plans:

CPU upgrade:
i5-5600
Corasiar 600w
2x8gb 2133mhz ddr4 ram
ASRock H110M-DGS

or for the same price a GTX 1060? The best for gaming of course.

I'd say get the 1060 and you'll get more or less double framerate on games but also OC your CPU so it won't bottleneck the 1060 on games that heavily rely on single thread performance
