What should I change here? Cannot be over 570$!

Solution

If you get a 4 year old FX you made a mistake in life just look at some benchmarks
The motherboard your buying is not even made to overclock it's just a cheap budget board
Example the simple i3 6100 beats every AMD processor in gaming even the 9590 that is clocked to 4.7.

Change Win 10 Pro to Win 10 Home.

And really, this is the wrong time to buy into the AMD ecosystem for the CPU/motherboard.
An Intel i3 and relevant motherboard will give you better performance, for longer, with a viable upgrade path.

If you stick to AMD I suggest swapping to an 8 core and overclock. The motherboard supports upto the 8370 125W altho I wouldn't suggest pushing 4Ghz on the motherboard. Maybe 3.8Ghz. Also if you can afford it swap out the 460 for the better performing 1050.

The 1050 beats the 460 soundly.

So which CPU should I get instead? I have a cooler for the CPU if heat is an issue.
