I cant see the cpu ratio on bios im using ASRock H97M Pro4 to overclock a g3258 and my bios is up to date

Unfortunately, the Pentium G3258 can only be overclocked on Z-87 and Z-97 chipset motherboards. When the processor first came out, it was possible to overclock on B-85 and H-81 motherboards. Some brands allow for overclocking in H97 motherboards, but only through software.
