Is it worth to overclock Gtx 1060 6gb Evga SC more?

The title says it all. And also how much difference will it be, because if it is not big difference then it is not worth to overclock it more.

Sorry, but this is a poor question to be honest. How much benefit you get out of overclocking your GPU will depend on how good your ASIC quality is, how much you overclock, and what you're using the card for. It will probably get you an extra 5-20% depending on these factors, whether it's worth it or not is up to you. I personally don't see a reason not to overclock unless you're hitting thermal limits or are already 100% content with your performance.

Using EVGA XOC my EVGA 1060 6GB SSC highest stable is voltage default, Pwr 119, GPU core clk +97, Mem clk +69, GPU temp 42C.

Unigine Heaven set on highest settings scores: Min FPS 16, Max 91.0, Score: 1003
