That's the secret, it can't ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) In all seriousness though I would highly discourage buying a single fan 480, especially when you can get the MSI gaming for basically the same price and the Gigabyte models have already shown to have problems staying under 80C.

This looks interesting- I like what I see- 8pin power helps to move the load from the motherboard, light overclock, two fans, fin array cooler with heatpipes. Might be a decent low cost card. That powercolor, on the other hand, will probably be only a bit better than reference RX480, but this time with cheap PCB, VRMs, VRAM as well. Single fan, and single block aluminum radiator means it will probably be hot even on stock clocks.
