RAM vs Graphics Card

I have a choice between an Alienware and ASUS gaming computers. The ASUS has M.2 256GB SSD, 1x 16GB DDR4 2133MHz Hynix RAM, and a NVIDIA GTX 1070 Graphics Card. The Alienware has PCIe M.2 256GB SSD, 2x 8GB DDR4 2400 MHz RAM, and a NVIDIA GTX 1060 Graphics Card. They are the same price, and besides those differences they are very similar computers. Which one will be last me a longer time before starting to seem outdated?

Is there much of a difference between the RAM? The ASUS has 2133 MHz, and the Alienware has 2400 MHz. It doesn't seem like that much of a difference, is it significant?
