New Powerline Issue

Hello everyone,

I just moved to a new place and since the router is downstairs at the other end of the house I purchased a Dlink Powerline AV2 1000 gigabit kit. I have both adapters plugged into outlets directly and have an ethernet cable connecting one to the router and the other to my computer. The LEDs indicate that it should be functioning properly (all of them are on, and one turns red every once and awhile indicating the powerline link rate occasionally fluctuates between great and good. I notice that my computer detects the new network but It says that I have no internet access on it? I havent reset the router or anything yet.

I would do that first of all reset the router to make sure the power line adapters are configured right by the routers Dhcp setup.

If you still get a problem with it saying a network exists, but there is no internet connection.
Create another internet connection via windows Network and sharing options Opendome ok.
