Hello i recently bought a GTX 750ti and put it on my H81M v2.0 mother board with a g3250 procesor . I played some games and the performance are pretty poor but not in all games . For example Asseto Corsa can run on Ultra with 55-60 fps without framedrops , but GTA 5 it's unplayable even on lower setting . I thought the problem is maybe the bottleneck bettwen gpu and cpu or maybe the psu can handle the build.
Is a Pentium g3250 bottlenecking a GTX 750ti

According to the system requirements, GTA 5 needs at least a 4 core cpu (or 2 core with hyperthreading). The G3250 is just 2 core without hyperthreading and is most likely the cause of the bad performance.
