You are going to have a hard time finding that kind of adapter since your Intel M.2 is a PCIe 4x M-Key drive.
M.2 to SATA adapters are usually for M.2 B-Key drives.
PCIe 4x drives are meant to be installed onto the motherboard or via adapter card into a PCIe 4, 8, or 16x slot.
