hello friends,

My name is ashutosh ekka and i have a casual gaming machine. I have a Intel i5 4440S CPU, Biostar H81MlV3 Motherboard, Starlite 2×8GB Ram, Zotac GTX 970 4GB and Cooler Master Thunder 600W PSU.

My problem is since my purchase i have been facing pretty weird problems in my computer. I have two ram slots A and B. The ram in the B slot got faulty so switched the ram in the slot A to B. And sent the defective ram to for manufacturing warranty. The good ram worked charmingly well in slot B. After few days i got a replacement so i switched back the B ram to A and placed the new Ram in slot B as usual earlier. 1 week later the ram in the slot B turned out to be faulty again and this time i sent it back for a wareanty claim again. And few days later my CPU turned out to be faulty. So my concern is what is killing my RAM? is it the motherboard?

Might try increasing DRAM voltage + 0.05. Otherwise, could be a few things, no guarantees when mixing sticks of DRAM from different packages - might be fine, might not play at all, could play for awhile then not play. Also might check and ensure all standoffs in place and screws attached firmly, could be a short. Might want to bench it and make sure no shorts - see:
