Looking for gpu upgrade

Hello guys i was looking to change my old 5850 to a r9 280x.Will it get bottlecked?My curent rig is:
-AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE 3.4ghz
-Motherboard Asus m5a78lm usb3
-PSU Spire 650w
-8 GB ddr3 kingmax
-Msi Radeon 5850 twin froz edition
i run dark souls 3 and witcher 3 at 30 fps on 1280:1024 but i just bought a 1080p monitor,so i am looking for a GPU upgrade.Sorry for my bad english.

But the price is high- if you can get 280X at similar price- it is much better. 270X is about the same speed as rx460, but old tech. I do not see GTX1050Ti in the price list yet, meaning GTX1050 is also yet to show up.
For 1080p- any of those cards would work well on your PC, and make games playable at very high quality settings, just not very high fps.

Asus Radeon R9 280x 3GB GDDR5 384bit DirectCU II Top found this for 120$.Its not new but i think its ok.I just want an upgrade so i can stream Dota 2 1080p and play Dark souls 3 and Witcher 3 High settings 30fps +
