It would be either CPU + GTX 1050. The 1050 is only $109 but as fast as the GTX 960.

Where are you from? More than likely you would be better off buying a used GPU. The deals on new GPU's are absolutely terrible right now. You have to wait a month or two for them to drop.

I see well in that case the 750ti and the R7 360 are a very close wash. About an equal match thus I suggest getting the i5 4460 + R7 360. The quad core is more future proof.
