that works Don't get a SSD unless you can afford one of them and a regular hard drive that is very bad advice for a budget build. For a gaming PC 250GB is not going to cut if. Just the OS, steam, and BF4 will take 1/2 the drive space

I'd say it rates a 3-4...the K version of the processor would boost it up a lot...as well as a faster hdd...like the others have said a 7200rpm drive is much better , but a cheap SSD will blow even the 7200rpm away. If you went with a K chip and a faster drive you're probably looking at a 5-6 rating...

Are the motherboard and the storage that bad? I have a limited budget and the parts you mentioned are more expensive than the ones I chose in my country. Is it really necessary?

What SSD would you recomend? Im not sure which one I should get. If possible, can you choose from this site? (It's in portuguese but you can translate the entire site)
