Okay so I am building a new PC. My budget is going to be $1200 and I want the best build I could possibly get. I need a new keyboard and mouse preferably mechanical keyboard and also a good monitor. I think I'm gonna go intel on this one. Thanks guys!! I'm not the best at builds :/

I got as close as I could to your budget. The peripherals were based on my liking, I have both the monitor and mouse. This will be able to play majority of games at high settings @60fps.
