Hey guys, I've been working on building my first PC and I've come up with the following part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wTxhjc
Are there any parts which are over/under powered for the build, or parts that could be replaced by something cheaper?
I considered including an i5-6600 but the i7 seemed to make more sense. I also don't know whether getting the GPU water-cooled is worth it, but I was hoping to overclock so it seemed like the safer option.

Those are solid changes, well done. Actually, if you can, keep the Samsung 850 Evo. It's a good deal now it especially comes with a free copy of Watch Dogs 2.

Some Windows and DX12 games are exclusive to Windows 10. It's definitely what you want if you play loads of different games.

I would choose RAM with higher clock speed, a cheaper air cooled GTX 1070, cheaper 500GB SSD (Although Samsung is great and comes with Watch Dogs 2, not bad tbh), improved case with dust filtering, built for silence and better build quality overall, and a better keyboard than that too. Those are some low quality keys I think.

I plan on downloading a win8.1 install to a thumb drive and then buying a license from reddit's microsoft software swap.

.. Which is illegal mind. Reddit users don't obtain those keys in clean ways. Risk? Your key could get revoked/blocked.
