I'm thinking about getting a gtx 1050 ti and was wandering if the fx 8320 and the 1050 ti would bottleneck.

It's a subjective question and depends on what game you're playing, how much your CPU is overclocked, and how much your GPU is overclocked.
The short answer is yes it will. The long answer is yes, but only in certain games, etc, etc.
My personal opinion is that a 1060 would be a good option for that CPU. Unless you need the low power requirements of the 1050ti.
