If drivers are updated and game file cache integrity is checked, it's probably that you're on lowest settings with very low hardware spec, especially if your hardware isn't supported.

Are the reflections supposed to be like that? When i'm on a tower or looking at spots like that with the reflections like that my fps dies.

Sounds like your computer can just barely keep up with the game. Reflections can be taxing on a system and it sounds like the lag you experience is due to an inadequate system.

I don't think so, Far Cry 3 came out for Xbox 360 and OP's system should be more than capable of playing it.

It's not his spec, it's easily good enough for high if not ultra. Could be a driver or game file integrity problem. Also check GPU and CPU temps, and PSU voltage stability.

I torrented the game to see if my computer could handle it. If I could handle it I was going to buy it when it's on sale.
