Is this a Normal Temp for FX 8350

Is between 18 degrees and 20 degrees C normal idle Temp for this CPU on a stock cooler. my case has only an exhaust fan on the rear. From what I am reading this seems very low, however 2 different monitoring software programs both say the same number. I live in a fairly cold place however with the windows shut it is definitely warmer than that ambient. Any thoughts?

Essentially yes.
There really is no such thing as "too cold" for a processor, unless you are using active cooling (Liquid N2 only, water is still a passive cooler as well).

If the processor is overheating at idle that is a different story, however you would notice this.
So long as your load temps are below 62C, you are fine.

Alright, so only High temps under load are concerning?
