Suggestions for CPU cooler upgrade? Want to lower temps by at least 10c

CPU: i5-4690k
Cooler: Noctua NH-L9I
Case: Enthloo Evolv ITX

I'm looking to replace my Noctua Cpu cooler. Right now I am getting temps up to 80c under load. I would like to get that down to 70c. My ITX case can fit liquid coolers so I was thinking of getting a H100i or Kraken X61 but I wanted to get some other suggestions.

The proximity of the cooler to the GPU is not going to be an issue and the dark rock would perform alot better than the H7, nevermind the 212.
I'm not convinced that the H7 woudl lower the temps by 10C compared to the Noctua NH-L9I, and the 212 certainly wouldn't. That being said, you don;t really need to lower them by 10C. If you never hit 80 i would never even think about it.

That thing is huge though. It could fit in my case but I would prefer something smaller.

Is their an air cooler sized between that and the low profile ITX coolers that could do a better job than the Noctua?
