My friend left his computer on over night and it crashed during the night and when he woke up he cant get his computer to work properly. It crashes on startup and when he does get into windows 10 it works for a few minutes but once he tries to launch something like chrome it crashes. We have tested the ram and know it is not a ram problem.
What can he do to try find out the problem?
