When I attempt to download something on my PC it downloads a couple megabytes for 5 seconds then just stops downloading completely bringing the download speed to 0 mbps. It's a hard wired (ethernet) connection, and I am able to surf the web and stream music and videos fine, but I just can't download videogames and videos. Any ideas on what is going on?
