Hi guys. I just assembled my new computer, containing: i7 6700k at stock, Asus's Maximus Hero VIII mobo, 32GB of ram, GTX1070, Cooler Master's Nepton 120XL liquid cooling, and same manufacturers case, Silentium 550. At front panel i have two Noctua fans. Im just thinking about my temps on CPU... Idle is somewhere about ~33C, and when i play for example Rainbow Six Siege, temps are between 61 and 73 celsius. Did i something wrong at the assembly or is it the case, or what? I can get the temps bit down if i run fans at full power, but that sound is ridicilous. Most importantly, am i able to play with temps like this?

Those temps are definitely high for an AIO liquid cooler. However, none of the Nepton 120mm coolers were ever very good, often times being outdone by coolers like the Hyper212 evo and enermax twisters. Are you sure the thing is mounted properly with an adequate amount of thermal paste? Did you accidentally use the 2011v3 mounts instead of the 115x mounts? Is there too much or too little thermal paste?

Fan speeds in a water cooling set up provide a diminishing return the fast your spin them, so that shouldn't be more than a temporary solution.
