Copper exposed on gpu water block is this ok to reuse

So the water was a little dirty looking and a black ish residue on it so i took everything off and looked at the gpu water block i bought it used everything else was new cleanned it but is this ok to reuse. Will i have to replace everything i already flushed it with viniger

it does seem like a corrosion.
you can keep using it, but check other parts in your loop. this is usually happens when mixing metals (copper with aluminum) or some corrosive coolants.
Check the CPU block, fittings and radiator materials. If something is made of anything but copper/brass and is not nickel plated, replace this component.
Best coolant ever is distilled water with couple drops of biocide. Water would be better replaced every 6-12months.
