My pc is following -
Intel core i5 4590 @3.3ghz
Asus H81M-C
12GB of DDR3 RAM(Corsair value select 4GB and 8GB both @1600MHz)
Msi r9 380 4GB @ 1080p monitor

My problem is this. Are there any down side of mixing memory sizes? Both sticks are Corsair Value Select and runs in 1600MHz. While playing some games like ROTTR in very high settings, black ops 3 in extra settings used more than 8gigs some times. So should i keep the 12gig or remove 4gb and keep 8gb as ram? Because H81 is having only 2 memory slots

I have currently no problem with 12GB RAM. CPUZ shows as dual channel under memory. Is it possible to run those on dual channel mode since it is 2 different in capacities.

Yes both sticks are same brand and same bus speeds. (Corsair Value Select) I don't have any issues of this setup yet.
