My printer stopped printing, and now I can not get it to connect to the WPS wireless network. I have reset the printer to factory defaults and tried again, with the same results.

Any suggestions as to what to try next?

Did they somehow disable the printer?

After you reset a printer, you must go into the printer's configuration screens and reconfigure the printer to join your wireless network.

I.e., SSID, password, protocols, etc..

There also may have been other reasons for the printer to stop printing: a driver problem for example.

Are you aware of any other changes on your computer - may be that just the default printer was changed.....

Any problems printing from other devices?

Are all other network devices connecting and/or functioning correctly? Are there any error messages or error codes?

Need a bit more information please. Thanks.
