Hi, i have a B150 PRO4/D3 and i am having a problem with my PCI-E x16 slot, i installed my GTX 1060 in the PCI-E x16 slot, but for some reason it is running in x4 when i see in GPU-Z it tells me PCI-E x16 3.0@PCI-E x4 3.0, i dont know what to do, can someone please help me with this??

How are you determining that the PCIe is limiting? Most articles on PCIe bandwidth, even for gaming graphics cards, don't show that the PCIe bus is a limiting factor with PCIe 3.0. GPU clock speed or CPU is more likely to be limiting your FPS than the PCIe bus.
What else do you have connected to the PCIe bus? Which x16 slot are you using?
