I have a GTX 1070, I7 6700K 16GB DDR4 Z170A motherboard SSD 256, Not the best but I should be getting good frames, Buuut no!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 42 frames on the beach in GTA V, I'm getting shit frames and stuttering at almost ANY game...What could be causing this? Could it be malware? Should I format my pc? Please answer please help, It's been like this since I got this rig in september.
