Hello! I've decided to upgrade my graphics card today, I bought an ASUS GTX 1060 Dual OC 6gb instead of my old r7 260x. My motherboard is msi a68hm-p33 v2 and my PSU is FSP 460-60HCN .
Now, when I swapped my gpus and booted up the system, I had an error about an overclock failure (I did overclock my athlon x4 860k, but it was stable), then I tried to reboot the system and it didn't turn off when I held the power button for some time. So I pulled out the cable and tried again. Now, only the cpu and gpu fan are spinning, but LEDs on keyboard and mouse don't turn on and there is no image.
I tried pulling out the battery on motherboard to reset the bios settings but had no luck. So, what did go wrong and is my PSU the cause? Is there a way to fix this?

So, is my motherboard fried or I just have to replace the PSU?

My PSU has 17 amps on eah 12v rail, so this means it can max 408 watts? But wouldn't it be enough to at least boot and not toast everything right away? Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm quite confused and frustrated right now :/
