I don't know what's wrong at this point and it seems to be getting worse! Maybe you guys can help
Any more info I can give.

But as for the issue it starts out with tdr issues. Then starts to lock up and causes reboot. I changed the tdr thing in the files to tdr delay 10

Made sure the drivers was up to date.

Didn't help much it crashed hard again reboot, then the screen gets all sorts of blocks in it then shuts off, restarts crashes, now it's crashed at the motherboard logo with blocks and distorts.
I'm letting it cool down right now.. Wondering if it's thermal. Gpu was cool to touch. Cpu temp was last seen at 61c

Please help. I'm lost without my computer...

1. Ensure ALL of your PSU wiring is secure/seated to include CPU power on the motherboard (as applicable) and do the same with your GPU... Remove and install it again (GPU) and it's power connectors.

2. If step one does nothing, remove your RAM inserting one stick at a time, rebooting and checking results.

NOTE: 61* is HIGH for idle temp on any CPU... My 4790K is OC @4.5 on all cores and runs @25* idle year-round with an H105 using stock fans.

3. Remove the pump-block and inspect the thermal paste on the pump-block... If it's not thin, consistent and covering the entire CPU surface, this will cause an issue. Did you use the factory Corsair, or remove and go w/aftermarket? The factory paste provided is performance and OC ready and matches ANY aftermarket product for the most part. Another thing with these types of closed-loop coolers, is to ensure that the pump is connected DIRECTLY to your PSU, not your motherboard. That way it's constantly running and not managed or interrupted by software. The fans connecting to your CPU fan header, if they are configured to do so, that way you can use BIOS or Corsair's software to control them. Ensure they are also configured in an INTAKE position so they are pulling cool air across the radiator, not HOT interior case air blowing across and out; common mistake.

EDIT: Do you have another GPU to test in the system? Also, inspect your CPU for any issues when you have the pump-block removed.

I will check all connections again, will check my ram too. Need to check my paste on my cpu. The fans are taking in cool air for sure.

Oh and I put my own paste on it was artic silver stuff

Mkay update! So I removed cpu water block and to find that that the paste wasn't making full contact. Fixed that issue and the temps ate at about 40c while gaming... Well that is until it locked up again haha. Sooo not quite there yet. I checked all my wires and they seem solid. Need to re seat gpu and such. I do have a 960 I could test with I think.
