I have recently got an A10-7860k and it is performing worse in games than my old AMD A10-5800k I am not great with computers but I know my way around I just can't seem to Figure out this problem

PC Specs

CPU: AMD A10-7860k
GPU: AMD Radeon r7 250
RAM: 16 GBs
OS: Windows 10 Professional
MB:ASUS A68HM Plus

Solution
Enter BIOS (be sure it is set to performance) and go to the Advanced tab. Check the Hardware Monitor on the right hand side of the display and be sure the CPU is running at the correct clock speed. See page 2-8 of your board's manual.
Are you attempting to use hybrid crossfire? If so, I suggest disabling the onboard video and just using your GPU. Hybrid crossfire doesn't work very well.

That said, aside from the integrated GPU, I'd expect those two CPUs to perform about the same.

I wasn't using dual mode I did just give that I try and it messed things up pretty bad I am reinstalling windows now I thought the cpus would work just about the same 2 but this new one is performing worse I used to get around 140 fps in counter strike for example and that has now dropped to 80 I will give a report once windows is reinstalled

Fresh install of windows and it is still giving me issues Is it normal for a new chip to take a little to get going?

Edit: OK So i have figured out why it is running so bad My speed was only at 1.3 when it should be hitting 3.6 I check the Bois and it states its running at 3600 mhz but it wont go above 1.3
