Isin't it better if i go with the gtx 1060 6gb and downgrade the cpu, psu, case and mobo ?

i would be concerned about that mobo because of the brand name and price. you can find a good gigabyte motherboard for a good price, maybe asus but they can get up in price

Never downgrade the power supply. A low quality power supply could be the death of your machine. Upgrade to a 1060 and go below an i3 6300? Nothing below the 6300 would be able to keep up with the 1060 very well at all. Could you save some money on the case? Yes. Could you get a cheaper motherboard? Yes, although I don't always recommend that. When searching for a cheap motherboard, make sure you read plenty of reviews before buying.

Here ya go but some games may see CPU a bottleneck.

Honorable
Also, if you go through Newegg and buy there membership 25$, check the details, the shipping is free on domestic shipments. Although gpu will likely come from the states. Newegg also generally charges less fees/taxes at checkout

So is this good ? : http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/b4fdxY

looks good but you might want to check that motherboard because its a mimi ATX board which means it is meant for mini PC's and will be too small for a mid tower case

"Will be too small for a mid tower case." Um, just because it's smaller doesn't mean it won't fit into the case. A Micro ATX motherboard will definitely fit into an ATX mid tower case. Also, with the motherboard being smaller, you have more room beneath it to mount additional PCBs like fan/lighting controllers if you ever want to add those to your build.

um, depends on how long the cables are and if the IO ports will line up correctly with the back of the case

Then wich case do you suggest ?

There are many good ones out their but they get to pricy near the 470's US $169 cards. I suggest nearly the lowest priced but good quality EVGA.
