What's the most recent AMD based GPU that is compaitible with 32 bit Windows 7?

The reason I ask is because I have an older secondary system (Intel Q9650) that currently has 32 bit Windows 7 installed that the video card has recently died on and I would like to keep it going. Unfortunately, I do not have a spare copy of a 64 bit OS nor do I intend to invest money to purchase one for a system that currently runs without any problems. I also can't stand Windows 10 so an "upgrade" is not an option either.

I have read that most modern AMD cards (RX/R9 series) require a 64 bit OS in order for the drivers to function correctly.

So that leaves the question of what AMD options are available that will function with the 32 bit drivers available from the AMD website?

Please do not recommend an nvidia based product as I do not support that company due to past issues.

Thanks in advance.

Although true I was looking at the back of a box for a R9 380 and it states "64 bit OS required".

This would lead me to believe that although the drivers are available it may still not function with a 32 bit OS.

I already acknowledged this.

with windows 7 you shouldn't have any issues using a program to rip the key out of the subsystem then download 64bit w7 from the windows website onto a usb drive and reinstall. otherwise like said there are 32bit drivers available up to the r9 fury cards. though with 4gb of max system ram i could see a huge bottleneck happening for any kind of serious gaming with any video card higher tier than an r9-370x.

I also ran into this thread:

https://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/126070-r9-380-problem

It appears the guy is on a 32 bit Windows 7 machine and is having problems with the drivers for a R9 380 so I''m recieving conflicting information...

I'm not too worried about high end gaming performance on this system as that's what my main machine is for. This is a secondary system where medium settings in that regard are fine.

If a reinstall of any 64 bit version of windows was an option I would just be doing that and be done with it but it's not. I need a solution that will function with 32 bit. If someone knows from experience that would be ideal.

So no one knows from experience?

I've been doing some more reading and it mght be that I have to drop down to an R7 series card...

If you go to the actual AMD website under the "Manually Select Your Driver" section "Windows 7 - 32 bit" first becomes available under the "Radeon R7 2xx series" selection.

So it appears even the AMD website is contradictory.
