is there any issues whatsoever with this decent gaming build I came up with?http://pcpartpicker.com/list/CQNzkT

Solution
If you must keep that board, the CPU, RAM, and MOBO from your original build with the rest of the specs from mine would be a decent pairing.

I'm extremely new to building computers and I don't know how much space I should get. and what do you mean by older platform?

The 4690k and 950 are last gen hardware.

On paper, yea, I guess. But it isn't a very balanced system. 16bg RAM? Unless you just have it on hand (or find it on sale for like 10$ or something crazy like that,) it is overkill. The older i-5 seems unnecessary, I would opt for an i-3 6100k or something if you want to overclock. Take it down to the i-3 and go for a GeForce 1060. You will get much better performance for the same price. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wczPKZ -PCth

Edit: That power supply might need to go down a notch or two. (look up a PC Watt Calculator.)
