3 days ago, I asked the Forum what is the budget proc. for GTX 1050. But the pricing of GTX 1050 is higher than I expected( yep, I'm just saving money for the future so I came for a cheapest build I ever can) so... any ideas? Thanks!!!

BTW, Please no Second-hand build or part or whatsoever. Thanks again!

Just CPU/Mobo/GPU? What about RAM?

For $260 for those 3 components, I'd say this would be your best option:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($110.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus H110M-E/M.2 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($37.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 4GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($99.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $248.95
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

IF you could push the budget a little, the 1050TI is just about doable:

I'd skip the non-TI 1050.
