PC crashes after i bump up my ram "Mhz" Speed

Here are my pc specs

Ram: Corsair dominator platinum 2x4 2400mhz (automatically set to 1333mhz)
CPU: intel core i7 3770k 3,5Ghz
PSY: Fatality 750watt
MTB: MSI Z77 MPOWER ( motherboard can handle 2400mhz )
GPU: EVGA GTX 680 Superclocked
SSD: OCZ VERTEX 4 254GB
HHD: WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLACK EDITION
OS: Windows 10 64-bit home edition ( with no product key )

And here's the problem EVERYTIME i pumb up my mhz on my ram my pc starts and crashes after 10min for some damn reason ( i get blue screen of death ) that don't know about

Can you please help me

I want to set my

RAM to 2400MHZ ( witch both ram and motherboard can achieve )
and my
CPU to 4,2GHZ (more or less)


But i have ZERO CLEW about voltage's (and i don't touch them because i really don't want to fry my system) and anything else and also how to stabilize the system on these speeds please help me my pc has potential and i want to achieve that potential WITHOUT frying my system

Whats XMP and yes all the changes i do its through the BIOS no third party program ( i don't think there is one )
i just want a DETAILED guide to be able to set my ram to 2400mhz and my cpu to 4-4,2ghz with ZERO problems
