As the title says. My Hue+ isn't detected by the CAM software unless the usb header cable is dangling in the exact right position. Now, it's not that it's not getting power. It does, even when the cable is out of place. It's just not detected by CAM. Would this be a fault that the USB cable isn't plugged in all the way? Or would I need a replacement cable?
