I Have a Win10 and I'm getting lagspikes like between 3 or 5 secs. It is very disturbing, since i like to play games, and you know.. eh..
I TRIED re-installing win10, it didnt help.
So, I have been modifying fans, because my cpu was heating up to around 96C at 100% usage, and I noticed it. It was allright, but somehow worrying. So i plugged in Fan3 and Fan4, and it was 45C! I was happy, but for a minute. I noticed huge lagpsikes (as i said before) and I unplugged fans, but the lagspikes are still. (Everything: plugging, unplugging was made on off-powered pc)

Motherboard Gigabyte Z77-D3H
CPU i7 2600k
GPU NVIDIA GTX 970
