i5 4430/8GB/SSD and GTX1060 3GB or RX470 4GB

Need advice for someone who used both cards on those specs. What would you choose and why. For now can't choose 6gb GTX1060. Willing use card for few years at FHD, maybe try VR for some time. Appreciated for every hints. ;)

If you are doing VR, GeForce cards are more suited for them. For your needs and wants, the GTX 1060 is the way to go. Even though the RX 470 has more VRAM, the GTX 1060 has a higher performance than the red boy (red boy = Radeon cards). However, if you are on a budget, go for the RX 470.

Thanks for quick answer. Price for both of them is pretty similar, consider rather does 3GB version has any potential for future use and pretty soon I won't be forced to buy a new one because 3GB won't allow me to run new games at all.

No, because I heard all over that GTX 3GB is better but like I mentioned I willing to use that card for some time and ammount of VRAM for GTX stops me. That's why I am asking here some specialists. ;)
Could You confirm that my predictions are correct? And in my specific situation the RX470 4GB is more sensible choose? Moreover a bit cheaper...
