Everytime I update my graphics card Windows 10 goes into a boot loop

So I just bought an XFX RX 460 to replace my old GPU that stopped working. I used DDU to remove any old driver files prior to installing the new ones. As soon as I start installing the AMD drivers my computer would crash and restarts. I then went into safe mode to update the driver and it went thru but now every time I turn on the computer it won't boot past the blue Windows logo with a white rotating circle. I can uninstall the AMD drivers on safe mode and just leave it at "Microsoft basic display" and my computer would be fine. Any suggestions on what could be done?

Here are my specs:
MB: Asus M5A78L-M LX Plus
CPU; FX-6300
GPU: XFX RX 460
PSU: Corsair CX600M

Solution
Check for a newer BIOS and chipset drivers for the motherboard, test the card in another system, maybe try a different good quality power supply.
