I can't say it was a great upgrade. The difference between the X4 995 and the X4 960t is around 1-4%...

But since the temps are way better, it at least will be more reliable.

Hello.

30-35C is perfectly normal for an H55 Hydro, and is the normal temperature for Idle speeds. It will always be a few degrees over ambient.

Have you tested the temperatures under load, such as when gaming?

my cpu never goes over 40c i never see it go that high
when im idling for hours with nothing opened i get 20c lowest ive seen is 19 when im gaming for hours it doesnt even pass 40

Then you are perfectly within normals. Those temps are even better than mostly everyone else. ^^

Anything under 62 Celsius for a Phenom 960t is perfectly fine.
