So I'm trying to record my gameplay, i currently use DxTory but every video i make is really choppy I didn't know why but apparently it's my HDD? The test thingin DxTory shows it at 111 MB/sec which is slow i guess? idk haha but i'm trying to figure out which HDD to buy to record my games on. I just want a 1TB and google isn't helping me figure out how to compare them.

What is your RAM/CPU/GPU, etc, etc.

720p/30 ~ 26 MB/s
720p/60 ~ 52 MB/s
1080p/30 ~ 60 MB/s
1080p/60 ~ 118 MB/s

From a quick google so 111 should be able to do about 1080p@60fps if nothing else is limiting you.

What game are recording, etc, etc.

Also, the drive you are recording on, is that the OS drive as well or the drive the game is stored on? If so, that's a big no-no. You need a dedicated drive just for recording.
