I tried just about everything nothing is working when I put my usb into the omputer you hear the noise and everything you can see the removable disk but it is weird it is like faded so when you click on it or try to format it says please insert a disk.... tried all usb ports nothing is working tried a bunch of youtube videos it is not working this all started with a dumb write protection problem that I was trying to fix but I couldnt fix that ethir now this is happening

I'd strongly recommend you check how this USB drive of yours is recognized on another computer as well. It might also be a good idea to make sure you have your USB Hub Controller drivers up to date. You should check your computer/motherboard manufacturer's official website for any driver updates.
Do you have any important data on the USB drive that you wish to recover?
