overclocking ram to proper

so i have a gaming 970 motherboard with a FX-8370 and i recently purchsed 32 gigs of gskill aeris 2133 ram. ive tried changing in my ram to 2133 and increased the ram voltage to 1.6 as stated by the manufacturer, and changed the timing to the 10-12-12-31 like the manufacturer says. yet when i start my pc i see the bios flash then it restarts.

Try DRAM at 1.65 and raise the CPU/NB voltage to 1.25 initially - also any OC on the CPU, may need one for 32 of 2133

i dont have my CPU OC'd at all

Give it a try with the voltage adjustments, just saying might need a bit of an OC to help the MC (memory controller)

i accidentally selected your reply as best answer, so i did everything you said to and it boots up to the log in screen, but once i log in it resets. does this site have a policy on my linking pictures of the setting so i can have you double check them? i even tried increasing the cpu as you told me to.
