Frankly, neither. One or the other will perform better depending on the game. I'm thinking the i3 will win more overall, but the 380X is kindof an old and dated card now, and even if it's faster than the 1050 Ti (I think?) I can't see any reason to buy a GPU built on the old 28nm process when 14nm cards are out.

Take the i3 system, change the 380X to a GTX 1060 and drop down to 8GB of RAM if budget does not otherwise permit it.
